Lush Lacquer Sea Breeze *Picture Heavy*

You may want to grab a bib and your wallet for this one. The first time I saw a swatch of Sea Breeze, I had to get one for myself right away. It is stunning. Seriously. I could yammer on and on about how gorgeous this polish is but I'll let the pictures do the talking.

I used two coats of Zoya Zuza and two coats of Lush Lacquer Sea Breeze for the pictures below. I also used two coats of Seche Vite to smooth everything out. Ugh. Gorgeous!

Are you ready for this?

Sea Breeze sparkles like c-r-a-z-y, you will die when you see it in person. It has a sheer teal base, tons of micro, holo, and bar glitter. You can change the look by changing the base color. It's a beast to get off so use the cotton ball/foil method and it will come off without any problem.

You want this don't you? I know, I'm bad. Click here to get your own.

OPI Outrageous Neons

I just saw this on Let Them Have Polish's blog. I was wondering when OPI was going to jump on the neon bandwagon this summer. So far it looks like it's just a set of minis, I haven't seen anything indicating that they will be available in separate regular sized bottles. I'll let you know when I find out. I also don't have a release date (sometime in July) but will add that when I find out!

From left to right, the names are: Ridiculously Yellow, Formidably Orange, Riotously Pink, and Seriously Purple. It also comes with white and top coat.

Neons aren't my favorite but I do enjoy them from time to time so minis are best for me. I'm the most curious about the yellow. It doesn't look like the highlighter yellow we've been seeing lately so I might like it!

What do you think? Are you over neons yet or are you looking forward to this collection?

Lynnderella Boy-Girl Party and Color Club Wing Fling

Here is my other glitter gradient mani I did using Lynnderellas and a Color Club from the Take Wing Collection. I used the pink, Wing Fling from Color Club as my base color. I believe I used around three coats to achieve opacity. With Boy-Girl Party I created a glitter gradient using a small piece of a makeup sponge. I like how this turned out much better than my last mani. I lightened the amount of glitter on my tips so it wouldn't look too chunky.

I almost didn't order Boy-Girl Party but I am soooo glad I did. I love multi colored glitters, this is packed with so much it's hard to see it all. I'll give it a try, forgive me if I forget something or get it wrong. I see dark blue, turquoise, red, pink, silver, and magenta glitters. There are also different shapes of glitter (hex, diamond, square, and a  little bit of bar) in different sizes. There is so much going on that you'll find yourself in a glitter trance, just try not to look at them while driving. ;)

Isn't Boy Girl Party amazing? *drool* Like the other Lynnderellas I own, I ordered through Llarowe . I never have to worry when I order from her. She's fabulous to work with!

Lynnderella The Telltale Heart and Color Club Sky High

I babble a lot in this post. Just want to see the picture and get the info? This is two coats of Color Club Sky High with a few coats of Lynnderella The Telltale Heart sponged on top in the attempt to create a gradient.

I have a love/hate thing going on with this mani. I love the polishes and color combo but I hate how I applied the glitter. I was trying to do a glitter gradient and as you can see, I was much too heavy handed. Live and learn right? I used the makeup sponge technique to get this look. I painted The Telltale Heart directly onto a small piece of makeup sponge and dabbed it onto my nail. After the first layer of glitter dried, I dabbed on some more higher up on my tips to create a gradient. This was one of my first times playing with a Lynnderella so I wasn't expecting how quickly the glitter would become opaque. It was still very cute in person and I got a lot of compliments on them. That always feels good. =)

For those of you who don't know the scoop on Lynnderellas, they are a PITA to get a hold of. You have to fill out a wish list (when the wish list is available) and wait on a rotation to get your order. They are also $15 a pop (OUCH). I was lucky to have my name come up on the rotation when we got our tax return and my husband let me order a bunch. I <3 him. I plan on filling out another wish list when they become available again (mid June perhaps) and saving for the next batch. I think they are one of a kind and worth the hassle but that's just my opinion. ;)

For more information on how to purchase Lynnderellas, "like" Llarowe on Facebook and check out shop.llarowe.com . Llarowe is the only person who sells these beauties. Watch Llarowe's status updates on Facebook to find out when it's time to submit your wishlist. You'll need to send an e-mail to request the form and you'll get directions on how to get on the rotation from there. Man, it sounds like a secret polish society. I feel a little nuts just explaining this process.

The things we do for pretty sparkly nails yes? lol

Do you have any Lynnderellas? Which one is your favorite? I think Connect the Dots is my personal favorite. Feel free to post pictures on my Facebook page, I want to see! =)

Color Club Wing Fling

Wing Fling is the last polish I have to show you from Color Club's Take Wing collection. It is a vibrant magenta with lots of silver and pink shimmer. It's one of those polishes that looks like it glows from within, it's hard to not stare at it sometimes! The formula was fabulous just like the other polishes in this collection. I used three coats and topped it off with Seche Vite.

I'm pretty tired right now so I'll keep this short and sweet. I'll be back with some Lynnderella glitter gradients I did with a couple of polishes from this collection.

Color Club Metamorphosis

It's a good thing I didn't see the bottles before I bought this collection. I had only seen swatches and didn't know about the duochrome tease that is Sky High and Metamorphosis. Metamorphosis is a pretty greenish teal glass fleck polish. In the bottle, you can see that it is a multichrome with purple, pink, and blue but like Sky High, you can't really see it on the nail. Bah. This also has silver shimmer in it. Love the polish despite the fact that it doesn't really show it's different colors.  It reminds me a little of Zoya Charla which is one of my all time favorite polishes ever.

Color Club Sky High

It's such a bummer when effects that show in a nail polish bottle don't translate on the nail. This is one of those cases but Sky High is still a beautiful polish. In the bottle, a purple duochrome is visible but don't get too excited, you can barely see it once applied. Despite that bummer, Sky High is a beautiful blue polish. It has a lot of silver shimmer making it's finish a little different than the others in this collection. Do I wish it had a strong purple flash? You know it but I still love it.
