Zoya Surf Collection

Zoya Surf is the shimmery half of Zoya's Summer 2012 collection. I love how opaque and gorgeous Zoya's cremes are but I think they have truly mastered shimmers. I love every single polish in this half of the collection. They are so packed with shimmer and shine, I couldn't stop looking at my nails when I wore these. All six shades have a metallic foil finish that is packed with shimmer that makes them glow. As always with Zoya, the formula was amazing for all of them. Each picture shows two coats and one coat of Seche Vite top coat.

 Carla
I love love love Carla! I'm a sucker for purple, you'd die if you saw how many purples I have. I just can't help myself! Carla is a red based purple that is full of silver shimmer. I love how rich this shade of purple is. You. need. this.

 Kimber
This is a little bit more red toned in real life. Zoya describes it as a medium magenta, I see coral tones in it as well. It has gold shimmer which makes it look a little more orange in some lights. It's so bright and rich, I just love it.

 Meg
Do you see how beautiful Meg is? Even with my sad little camera, Meg's beauty shines. It's a rich yellow green foil with an amazing shimmer that makes it pop. Love it!

 Myrta
I've said this before, I'm not a fan of the color orange. Myrta is an orange that I can wear and I not only like it, I love it. It's not too bright and loud and the shimmer is amazing in person. It's very rich and has a lot of depth to it. It has a little bit of a reddish/coral undertone which is probably why I love it so much. It reminds me of a richer version of China Glaze Riveting. This one absolutely glows.

 Rory
Like Shelby, Rory has a bit of a lavender undertone. It has gold and silver shimmer making this unlike anything in my stash.

Zuza
I think this may be my favorite out of the entire Beach & Surf collection. It reminds me of the ocean making it very appropriate for a summer collection! It's a beautiful blue green foil with gold and silver shimmer. I can't wait to put this on my nails again.

There you have it, I love this collection and hope you enjoyed my swatches and review. Pick these up if you have the chance, they are so much more amazing in person.

Zoya Beach Collection

I'm so excited to show you Zoya's new summer collection, Beach & Surf. Today, I'm going to show you Beach. Beach consists of five cremes and one creme/metallic. In order to prevent boring repetition, each swatch has two coats and one coat of Seche Vite top coat. Each shade has an amazing formula, very opaque, evened out quickly, and dried to a beautiful shine. Zoya never disappoints, they are my favorite brand of nail polish.

 Zoya Arizona
I'm not into orange, I don't love how they look on me but I like this one. Arizona is a lovely light orange creme that reminds me of tangerines.

 Zoya Shelby
I love bubble gum pinks, they are so fun and girly. Shelby has more blue tones than a typical bubble gum pink making it a unique shade.

 Zoya Lara
This is coming out a few shades lighter than it really is. It's more of a lightened magenta mixed with a dusty rose shade. I love how this looks with my skin tone, it's one of my favorites from the collection.

Zoya Reagan
I love berry shades so it was no surprise that Reagan is also one of my favorites. Reagan is a beautiful berry shade that has some blue undertones in it.

 Zoya Tracie
Tracie is a light yellow green creme with just enough silvery shimmer to make it look a little frosty or metallic. It wasn't my favorite, I'm  not a fan of the finish and this color isn't very flattering on my skin tone.

Zoya Wednesday
Don't you think this should be a black creme? I just can't get past the name. I absolutely love the color. It's definitely related to China Glaze For Audrey. Wednesday is a dusty turquoise with green undertones.

What do you think about this collection? Did you pick any up? Let me know in the comment section, I always love to hear from you.

Zoya Summer 2012 Collection - Beach & Surf

I posted this on my Facebook page but forgot to put it here on the blog. Doh! Zoya is my absolute favorite brand of nail polish. I am always excited for their new collections. Their cremes go on so smoothly and are usually opaque with one coat. Their shimmers, glitters, micro glitters, etc are freaking gorgeous. The freaking was freaking necessary in that sentence. Have you seen Zoya Charla? Freaking amazing right? To top off their amazingness, their customer service rocks. They have killer promotions that make Zoya more affordable which I always take advantage of. It's disgusting how many Zoyas I have. Do I think I have enough? Not until I have them all baby! J/k (no I'm not).
